Rates are fully inclusive of insurance, VAT, unlimited mileage and include UK Breakdown Cover and are subject to change without notice.

Insurance

Rates include fully comprehensive insurance cover and collision damage waiver (CDW). Please note that the CDW does not cover, and therefore the Hirer is responsible for, total reasonable cost to; interior; radio/cassette/cd; wing mirrors; wheel and tyres (including punctures); lights and lenses; antenna; roof and overhead (above drivers door height), and loss or damage due to negligence.

Payment Details

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Visa Electron and Solo and payment can only be done by the card holder. Cheques may be accepted by prior arrangement. A refundable deposit will be required for each rental. Please note deposit charges may vary according to age, driving licence and vehicle hired. Please note, if the vehicle is returned damaged the cost to put right will be deductible from the deposit.

Driving Licences

All drivers must produce a full driving licence, held for at least two years. BVR reserves the right to refuse rental to any driver whose licence carries unacceptable endorsements.

Drivers

Drivers should be between 21 and 70 years of age (25-70 for 7 seater and 7.5 Ton and non UK licence). Proof of address is required. (Driving Licence and Passports are not proof of address)

Foreign Travel

Vehicles may only be taken out of mainland UK with prior knowledge and consent from BVR. Any vehicle taken out of mainland UK must be fully covered by international breakdown recovery supplied by the customer. Full details are available upon request.
